On Steam you can download only Rune Classic, which have missing levels...

I'm not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for, but you can use the Rune Extended mod to add the missing levels back to the game. This combines the removed content with the changes made to Rune Classic.

If you're looking for a true classic version, then it looks like Rune Gold is available on GOG as ForestDragon mentions.

There is only rune classic on gog....

Rune Gold is included with Rune Classic on GoG as a bonus extra. It can be downloaded from your games library page at GoG, under the Extras menu.

They should mention it on the store page.
