Rune of Power

Does Rune Classic not have as many Runes of Power as the original Rune/Rune Gold? I know this is a shot in the dark, but I figured I'd ask.

Rune of Power being the runes that increase your max wrath meter/magic meter/rune meter.

Rune Classic lacks 10 complete levels, that probably explains why you feel like its less runes of power around.
