Best mods
I see that there are a lot of mods and that most don’t have English text /heading can anyone please tell me what the best “English” mods are and what they do please.

The "mods" you can get from the workshop are videos. So if you can't find your pr0n somewhere online, you can download them here and watch them via this game. That's all. They only add a video to your game, nothing else.
