Sometimes Tanks feel like unstoppable death machines, other times I feel like they underperform wildly.
When (heavily) micromanaged, you can (literally) destroy the AI's entire side of the map with just two-three tanks and some artillery. That really is just too OP. I don't care if it's historical or not, it's OP.
Then the AI uses their tanks, and I feel like the AI would have been better off investing in planes or siege artillery. Drop some light arty, utilize some planes, or even just answer with your own tanks, and you can easily pop a half dozen enemy tanks at minimal cost.
I 'want' to say the devs should nerf Tank speed, but then the AI's tanks would be even less effective.
So, I don't know what the answer is.
