Is there a mod or possibility to change a ini file to get double research points?

Custom difficulty settings can give you a lot more than the basic starts, don't need a mod for double if you start with (up to) 120.

That’s not an adequate solution, starting a campaign with enough points to unlock everything is not the same as increasing points to unlock more sooner
