There is nothing built in at all; not even a custom mode. There is WeMod as a third party modding program, but it only has in battle changes (infinite supplies, invincibility for a given side, unlimited unit cap). You could also use Cheat Engine, but I have yet to have it work for myself. It's a game that is either spaghetti code, or more likely specifically anti cheats. Some devs really are just anti cheat even in single player games and its such a massive shame. Let me play the game I bought how I want, dang it!!
