Multiplayer VS Campaign mode?

So does this game have a Vs Campaign in Multiplayer? If not it REALLY SHOULD! I can picture people trying to out wit each other with their defenses and attacks. Not to mention the Research Strategies. It would certainly extend the games Life cycle, and maybe even draw a some people in.

Grate game BTW. Balance is kinda on a knifes edge, and Tanks (seen to much Youtube not to point this out) basically Brake that balance once you deploy them in decent numbers (unless the Ai ambushes you with Grenadiers, you tanks won't die). The "HEAVY" tanks (the British tanks and german tank) really should be SLOWER to move and Maneuver. (would make them more vulnerable to artillery fire at least, and out counters)

While I defiantly agree that PvP would be cool, I feel like it would have to be massively downsized on a map scale. As the whole western front would make the games last for centuries as you must resolve every battle with no auto-Resolves. Maybe have it focus on specific battles and have mapped out like the traditional campaign map. (Such as the trench system of an entire county/ city.

I mean you are limited by Money and Supplies each turn. You can only do like 2 attacks each turn without going Bankrupt or low on cash (which lowers your national moral). Maybe later in the campaign when you have speced into Economy techs (for extra money per turn and better exchange rates for supplies) it would take longer.

Remember after battle you have to PAY UP to replenish your battalions, and you will more then likely draw from your Global supplies each battle as well.
