Game stuck on loading screen

I just bought the game and it launches open just fine but when I try to load a new session it gets stuck on the loading screen and starts flashing and I have to close the game. I tried to lower the graphics but it didn't help. I'm not sure what is wrong. I'm playing this on a mac.

Game version is 0.6.5g. My laptop is running monterey 12.7.6, processor is 1.8 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

Same problem on sequoia with 8gb. Game ran once and never again. Just keeps flashing black screen.

Hey everyone, I’m currently running some tests on a similar configuration and working on a fix. While I’m hopeful this will resolve the issue, I can’t guarantee a 100% fix just yet.
