All good suggestions! The fourth biome is currently underway, stay tuned for more info :)
We hope we'll be able to add more biomes in the future (personally i'd love to design the desert biome just because how different it is).

I don't know if you guys would ever consider going in the fantasy direction with something like a magical fairy realm mushroom forest kind of thing. But staying realistic is nice too :) I love the game and I'm super excited for more biomes in the future!

We might! I mean it's not decided yet, but definitely possible. We have one biome like this on our list of possible future updates :)

I'd like a cave biome, or an underground biome. I'd also really like to see more animals, like maybe some rare ones that give extra points when you use them or something.

I can't promise anything yet, but the 'special animals worth more points' is definitely one of the concepts we've played around with recently.

You planning on dlc biomes after full release? Most games like this never get too far, would love a massive game with many biomes and animal expansions

It's too early to say right now. If the game is met with good reception and performs well after full release then we'll continue adding content as long as the game pays for itself.

I realize there's lots of overlap with continental, but I wish there were a way to have small farms in some biomes?
I also love the idea of a tropical biome that somehow includes islands in its structure.
