Larger subtitle fonts
Is there a way to make subtitle font bigger? For some strange reason it has a fixed size (does not scale with resolution). It's very small on 1920x1080, and on even greater resolutions it's almost unreadable tiny.

Maybe some hack/unofficial patch?

as far as i remember there should be text size in game options.
