I'm having the problem that the game opens on the wrong monitor, I apply this solution that I found in another post:
1. Press Win+R and type in %public%
2. From there go to Public Documents -> Monolith Productions -> FEAR
3. Open settings.cfg with any text editor such as Notepad or Notepad++
4. Find "DeviceName" "\\.\DISPLAY0" or paste it manually if it's not present
5. Change DISPLAY0 to DISPLAY1 or vice versa
6. Save the file
but the game constantly changes the file and I have to open it to modify the values ​​again
I tried changing the file to read only but the game keeps changing it
