From now on I am going to look if they have controller support if they dont I wont buy, they can just go away or learn to support controllers & keyboard/mouse.
Its a shame too, the game looks better on PC, but I would rather play it on the console cause of the controls....
And before someone suggests using Xpadder or anything like that, go away, that is not controller support, that just emulates your digital keyboard, not an analog controller.
Game was released in 2005, the console versions came later. It is funny that you complain about controller support while PC gamers complain about bad console ports.
I could post it.
requires in game settings mouse sensitivity set to 1/10
and mouse smoothing set to 1/10.
also under controls under inventory in the menus set 'next grenade' to a period ( . )
you can lean with left and right dpad.
and slowmo is L1 for maximum twitch reflex ability
also aiming is clicking in right analog stick just like xbox 360... again for maximum twitch reflex. personally I hate holding to aim in a game like fear besides it was never designed to be held down to aim like COD
using this config I beat
fear1 on extreme
fear extract point twice on extreme
and perseus on extreme once as well.
essentially its exactly like the 360 controller
could you post it?
they could have patched in controller support.
I am sad he never posted his config.
