Steam keeps taking screenshots with 'E' key despite Steam overlay settings

So I just recently got this game on a sale and finally got some time tonight to sit down and play it. For some reason, Steam keeps taking a screenshot every time I press the 'E' key, even though Steam is set to use F10 and that key does also still works to take screenshots. As far as I can tell, the game is set by default to using the 'E' key for leaning right.

To be clear, it's *not* the game that is taking these screenshots; it is definitely Steam. It also isn't happening with other games, just F.E.A.R.

WTF is going on and how do I get this to stop?
