This only applies if you are using integrated graphics for the secondary monitor and a GPU for your primary monitor.
Fear always loads on the main monitor that is connected into your GPU. If you want to use the other monitor for fear Switch out the HDMI connection to use the other monitor instead and connect that into your GPU as the main monitor.
If you do not use integrated graphics and use a GPU for both monitors connected into your GPU only.
Then you can switch out the HDMI connection to use your monitor of choice for fear.
Just a trade input of your other monitor will work.
If none of these work you might want to start fear in windowed mode by configuring the config to load into windowed mode so you can set your monitor in-game correctly.
Gears 5 does this to me: but I am using integrated graphics for my secondary monitor and a GPU for my primary.
It could also be a multi-monitor configuration glitch happening.
Or it could be a display device driver issue.
All I can think of at the moment.
Try these to see if this fixes your issue.
If none of these work let me know your setup how you have it connected etc.. And I can then maybe get the answer easier. It is hard to know by not having the information to assist you better.
