Yes. I can see only weapon portion of the screen in the depth buffer. Can you please share your reshade cfg?

Alright. I've made it work with dx9 but I had to disable Win XP compatibility mode for that. Thus, there will be no fixes applied for well known issues. The difference is not that big with RTGI applied but performance severely degraded (slow shader loading time, flickering). Random game slowdowns to 28 fps.

I would stick with dgVoodo2+ReShade combo on dx11 for better performance and game fixes applied.
Yes, there will be no depth buffer access but I'm ok with it. Most of my shader effects don't need it anyway.

I have no preformance degradation with DirectInputFpsFix_v1_0. The game runs smootly and the loading time is super fast. There's no flickering.
I also installed https://www.moddb.com/mods/fear-complete-edition
For the mod to works you need to change in option particles bouncing and body ... to medium. If you don't do that the game crashes and the saves randomly don't work.
I tried install dgvoodoo and run in dx11 mode but the text is unreadible, all buggy.

They weren't small, they where all mixed up like artifacts.
Anyway, game now works and looks great.
Some texture pack for F.E.A.R would be great!

I think that is because of that mod you installed. I have no problem with text.
Or it could be because of widescreen resolution as the game doesn't support it well. I play in 4:3 ratio (1600x1200)

I've installed dgvoodoo dx11. It runs smoothly but the menu is all in artifacts. The game runs great. Depth buffer is working. Here's a short video:

I max out all effects on DX11, exept for partical bouncing and corpse detail to medium. Works great exept for the menu texts. Here's the video:

I've managed to access depth buffer with dgVoodo. I had to disable "soft shadows" for that. All the texts and menus look well. No glitches whatsoever. Even in widescreen resolution.
Thus I think that is that MOD you installed causes those corrupted texts you are experiencing.

RTGI doesn't work well with smoke, dust and glass effects in this game. So I would prefer to play without it.

I use the latest 0.13 version.
