is there a mod patch for the game?

mainly QoL and visual stuff? every time i tab out, the game crashs.

Check the fear extraction point forum I posted the dll fix there for someone else. Its all the same dll works on all versions of 1.

The dll is suppose to fix framerates but if you're still having issues you can try steam guides, or mod db, they have some nice mods and fixes.

Op by pressing alt+tab I can access windows and minimize fear without it crashing not sure if your pc is the same. The regular windows button does nothing as the game seems to be locked. Only alt+tab would minimize it. Maybe it’ll work for you maybe not.
