1) Disable Vsync
2) Turn tripple buffering on
3) set max frame rate to 60FPS
I've done all of these and none seemed to have solved the issue, the vsync especially which doesn't even seem to do anything even if it's turned off or on in both nvidia and in game. I've already beaten the game but it was really tough with that awful movement
It improves but when I aim the same thing happens as before :c
It seemed to make difference for me as well. Ty.
i went to Start,
- Settings,
- then typed in 'Device Manager'
- under the 'Human Interface Devices' section, disabled 'HID Compliant Device'
- then went into steam, clicked on F.E.A.R,
- Properties,
- Launch Options and typed in '+windowed 2'
if you dont mind playing it in windowed mode, this worked for me, and i heard that binding the 'toggle walk' key can conflict with things too, but im not sure.
