F.E.A.R. Running on WIndows 11 Plus EAX Sound Effects

After the above I still could not play any of the F.E.A.R. Games as it just stayed on a Black Screen Indefinately. The Above Fix is Still Required when continuing to the fixes below.

This Procedure here fixed my Black Screen Issue.

Note:
Nothing else I could think of would fix this Except what is listed below.
If required Move the Folders to another location if you have other game saves and or settings that do not relate to the Folders > FEAR, FEARXP, FEARXP2.

First you must Delete any Config Settings that Maybe in any of these Locations...
Delete Folder > Monolith Productions
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Monolith Productions

And

Delete Folder > TimeGate Studios
C:\Users\Public\Documents\TimeGate Studios

Under the following Config Settings in the F.E.A.R. Related Game Folders...
\FEAR Ultimate Shooter Edition > Config.exe
\FEAR Ultimate Shooter Edition\FEARXP > ConfigXP.exe
\FEAR Ultimate Shooter Edition\FEARXP2 > ConfigXP2.exe

In Tab Heading "Display" Change to Resolution of your Choice
In Tab Heading "Options" Tick 2 Boxes that is "Disable Joysticks" + "Disable Movies"

Click on the Save Tab on the Bottom. Now Launch either of the Games after completing all steps above for all 3 games

Windows 11 Logo for Start Menu\All Apps\Creative ALchemy
Otherwise go here
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Creative\ALchemy
I had to Add the F.E.A.R. Games from the Right to the Left Side.

Sadly, this does not seem to fix the black screen upon launch issue.

I finally got it to work. But I had to install this mod: http://www.skyrim-beautification-project.com/fear1/ and do the steps listed in the OP's post.

Thanks for that link just tried and tested it, all is good, I think it performs better by looking at the in Game Benchmark.
