Do you have a soundcard from Creative?

If you do and on Windows Vista or newer, download their software: http://support.creative.com/kb/showarticle.aspx?sid=28967

And if we don t have a Creative soundcard ? Is htere anyway to enable it ?

Sorry no EAX HD is for Creative Sound Cards Only. I know how you feel with out the sound card you are missing out big time. I had to remove my creative sound card so my Headset would work.
