what other FPS games have smart AI like fear?

Although fallout 4 was a good game, the AI were SOOOOOO stupid, that after a while I just couldnt play it anymore.

which other games out there have legendary AI?

RAGE and Farcry3 has some prity good AI but your still going to have to look prity far to beat Fear.

thing is, no matter how smart you make the AI, they don't have the level design like the original F.E.A.R. so they can't outmaneuver you as effectively

you should try the last of us but it ain't for the pc it's for thr ps 4 the ai is really good

Arma 3 has great AI. Dependant on the server and how many scripts are being run of course. Arma's AI can hunt, flank even hunt you down in attack helicopters. They even flee when beat.

Come to think of it...if you want terms of AI, look no further than the Half-Life 1 GoldSource engine cockroaches.

If you enjoy squad-bases tactical shooters give the Brothers in Arms series a try. Enemies will attack you in squads and utilize the environment. They will respond accordingly if your squad tries to move around flanks. Very easy to die in these games so keep that in mind. You and your squadmates have the same amount of hitpoints so in around three hits game over.

Half-Life 1 on its original engine has some amazing AI if I recall correctly. The cockroaches are attracted to gibs, and are afraid of sudden changes in lighting. Nearly all the Scientists and Barney's in the game have a sense of smell as do the Bullsquids. There's a whole video series about it on Youtube.
