Margaret's fourth transformation

I've gone through every storyline, gotten every piece of art and every costume but for whatever reason I cannot get the fourth transformation in the character viewer for Margaret. Please Advise. Thanks in advance.

So the fourth transformation is Margaret at half size when she's drunk a whole bunch of tea but hasn't quite turned all the way into a mouse. I'd go to the chapter "The First Night" on the first day, drink too much tea, and click through until Margaret has shrunk down but still hasn't noticed what's going on. It should trigger at that point.

Yeah, that achievement (and 2 others: Got the cat tongue + Boop) aren't triggering for me.
I know this is a section I did in the demo yeeeeears ago, so maybe this is bugged for me.

I also did every sections, enabling/disabling options or accepting/refusing things, but I still have at least 1 TF or 1 outfit missing per character... Which feels a little frustrating, after everything.

Basically :
Margareth's 4th TF.
*Gavin's last (6th) TF.
*Sylvia's 7th Outfit.
*Julie's 3rd Outfit.

*EDIT: Apparently, going through the Post-Game ''Gyaru mini-story'' cleared 2 missing Outfits and 1 TF.

Still cannot get Margareth's 4th TF (even after going through the above mentionned "The First Night" chapter... slowly... image... by... image... Just in case I was ''clicking too fast'' or something.

Also, still can't get the 'Got the cat tongue' (despite viewing the scene where cat-Margaret hears of the cats having their own names for everyone and etc) and 'Boop' achievements.

EDIT 2: Well, to hell with RNG coding nonsense, for one of those missing achievements. The game/STEAM just NOW decided to give me the 'Got the cat tongue' achievement on the 3rd try... for some mystical reasons ?
Still nothing on Margareth's 4th TF side and... now I can't remember the section for the 'BOOP' achievement.

EDIT 3: Ah. A 'title screen' sneaky achievement thing. *Literally* boop her nose on the title screen... Feel a little bit annoyed, right now, but alright.
Tried everything I could think of, for the 4th TF of Margareth. Nothing works. It's kinda maddeing, to be honest.
Is there a way to edit the files to get it to register or something like that ?

EDIT 4: 'Veryfing the game's files', on STEAM, didn't work for getting Margareth's 4th TF.
