Unfortunately we only support local multiplayer, not online multiplayer. Online multiplayer is something we really wanted to get in, but our team was a bit too small to get it done in time =/

How hard is it to set up a multiplayer that can be hosted client side? Games in the 90's have it, how do you not have time? I'm sure this is a top selling game and I'm hoping you aren't being greedy and just dumping a game only to immediately start developing a new one...if that's the case you've lost my business.

We haven't started a new game yet, we've got at least another half year of Cloudberry Kingdom ahead for us here at Pwnee =D. We're not ready to let go. We've got many ideas for where to take CK. Multiplayer would be awesome, and we'd all love to see it here. Unfortunately we're a tiny studio so we can't add every feature, but we're chugging away doing as much as we can.

How do you set local multiplayer up on pc, im trying to play this with my brother, but it won't let me use my keyboard as 1 controller and a xbox controller as another one

You can select which player the keyboard controls by using the mouse. Hover the mouse over which slot to join and then click to join.
