How to simulate a season/races

I want to be able to simulate multiple seasons in the game like people do on YouTube, but I don't know how to do it.

I've seen many people saying to do it on My Team, but nobody actually explains how to simulate it all and how to stop the drivers from my team from interfering with the race.

Somebody help please?

As far as I know, the only way to simulate is to be in your workstation during race weekend, navigate to the last race (or the first race if it's a sprint weekend), then press the button for "Skip to and Simulate" (or just "Simulate" if it's the actual Grand Prix rather than the Sprint). So as far as I know, you can only sim one race at a time. But, you can sim multiple seasons this way.

What exactely do you mean by "simulate the seasons" ?

There is no way to exclude a team from a race other than you just giving up a session. You can't tell the 2nd driver to not participate in any race.

Also Youtubers doesn't simulate anything, but rather drive the race themselves and then usually comment on the replay, if that is what you're meaning. Everything else would just be nonsense, as nobody would want to watch somebody sitting in loading screens 99 % of the time.
