Cannot hear online voice chat

All other sounds are fine, microphone seems like it's working with game (can talk okay to Engineer in single player), but I CANNOT hear other players in online play - even on the same platform (PC). Any fix?

Maybe this has to do with the "Audio Settings - Multiplayer - Mute By Default" option? If it's ON, the other players are muted. This is the only thing that comes to mind right now. Or maybe those servers are set to mute players... Idk...

I have the same problem, I can't hear other players in the voice chat and sometimes in some lobbies the game audio is also bug

I’m having the same issue. My mic is on, mute all is OFF, I can see my mic light up red when I talk and when others talk but I can’t hear anyone and don’t know if they can hear me.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this issue? All other sounds are fine other than communicating with others online. I’m on pc.
