I have a T300 Thrustmaster and it often happens here as well.
When I loose the ffb, I just enable another wheel and then enable my custom settings again and it goes back to normal.

Sometimes just unplug the wheels usb and plug back and then f1 23 gives the ffb back.

It's really bad that ea let this happen, the game is not cheap for bugs like that.

They didn't fix it yet, it's been almost 2 months since this bug first accured. I also have T300 and it's so annoying that FFB disappears after every race or even when you pause the game.

I think EA just cut the dev team that supports the game to only a few people. This bug is critical to a portion of a playerbase, yet 2 months later still nothing.

As a temporary solution, every time you lose FFB, open your Thrustmaster Control Panel App and click on any button that tests force feedback. Then Alt+Tab back to the game and FFB should work again.

Same Issue here withe the T300RS + SF1000

My 1. problem is that the game sets my Gearbox to Automatic and i have to manually set it back to manual.

My 2. problem is the Force Feedback but i have found a sollution wich is a bit annoying
-> go to settings and disable FFB then change the force of FFB and enable it again. it works for me and i hope they fix it soon. I dont wanna Play the game at this stage.

Here's how I get it to work, works every time:

1. Start a race, pause it (starting the game might be enough actually, haven't tested that yet,

2. Tab out and access the Thrustmaster control panel,

3. Go to the Test Forces tab and hit any button to trigger the FFB test,

4. Close the control panel and return to the game.

As long as you don't tab out, FFB is fixed. When tabbing out, FFB will disappear again and you have to repeat the process.

mine also doesnt work half of the time, everytime i tab out it stops working and its super annoying to get it to start again. its a joke

everytime i play i have to alt tab and open the thrustmaster control panel and go to force feedback and do the "test forces" to let the wheel initiate ffb

Since updating firmware to version 34, I have not had a problem with the F1 series, but I do have to press alt f to reset force feedback in other games.
