Report a translation problem
Try unplug in the usb, if using one, that connect the sound managing hardware and then plug it in again. Look into the settings from the game and try the default first and then set it, if it works, to your needs.
Do u use any kind of Soundsoftware like Voicemeter or other Soundbooster Tools.
Did u check u have set the right Sound-Output or try to change it from maybe Headphones to Monitor.
Did u check is the Master Gain on 100% (Pc, Headphones, Monitor a.s.o.)
Did u check in the Sound Settings if your Soundcard or Main Sound Hardware set to Primary Usage a.s.o.
if that is the case, you could try the following:
go to 'devices & printers', find the bluetooth headphone you are using, right click and select 'Properties', under 'service' tab, un-tick the box saying ''Hands-free telephony' and apply it.
