Is there controller support in this game?

Yes. Although it sometimes causes weird glitches with UI for some people (tbh everything in this game might cause a glitch though), and keybinds are editable only through config file as far as I'm aware (disclaimer: I don't play S2 with controller, just used it once when someone asked about unbinding chat button from controller).

I use an XBox controller all the time, and it works perfectly for me. The UI is a little annoying at times, but it does work perfectly fine, and you can use a mouse for UI if you really want to, and you don't even have to switch controls.
