Apperently the Anti cheat doesn't get uninstalled with the game?

Uninstalled to check, the BlackCipher stuff is gone, which is the anticheat.

guy said it left the file C/ProgramData/Nexon/NGS/NGService.exe to clarify

is this also false?

i deinstalled the game and the rest of the NGS. never install it again
