Getting Case Closed Achievement (beware of spoilers).

The requirement is simply "Complete the story". I did so (that is I unlocked the true ending) but the achievement didn't pop. Is there something small I need to do for the story to be considered complete?

Is every entry on the story selection greyed out? You may need to get some of the bad endings too.

That was the issue. I must have missed some minor thing in the "Standing By" section. I replayed it and checked everything I could and it was greyed out when I was done and I got the achievement. TY!
