[Spoiler] Puzzle in Prologue

Hilariously, I completely missed one puzzle.

About 20 mins into the game, I turned voice acting off. This is because I usually hate hearing voices in VNs, they make it hard for me to read and comprehend the text. Since there was no voice acting up to that point yet, I figured there'd be a scary scream at some point, and I sure didn't want to hear it!

That means that when you have to turn off voice acting to solve a puzzle, I completely breezed right past it, and the 'Wash' curse just didn't go off. I had no idea what happened. I figured that guy's curse failing was just part of the story. Then, later in the game when you encounter the same guy, it happened again! I thought "man, this guy's really incompetent, he cannot get his curse to go off!"

I didn't find out it was related to voice acting until I went on reddit after beating the game. It cracked me up! I wonder if anyone else had this experience. I didn't realize there were meta-game puzzles until way later in the game.

Honestly thank god I didn't hear whatever the creepy voice was, I'm sure it was spooky as heck! I get scared easily.
