Agree with the cache, many other games could learn from this.
Anyway, for those game works fluently.
What Windows version do you use?
Do you use tools like MSI Afterburner?
Frame rate is solid to. Set my cap to 144fps (to match refresh rate) and it only really dips to 105-ish fps now and again (rarely), but is mostly solid at my cap.

Nvidia Driver: 566.36 - anything newer than that, is pretty much borked still (not even the newest one that is said to "fix everything", fixes that much..).
Not done any tweaking to my hardware (I've had no need to).

Unless you're of course running it at 4K, where I'm doing 1440p.
