Steam release will occur depending on the time zone, so if the game release is scheduled for 8:00 AM LA time, then in London the game will be available at 4:00 PM, in Moscow - 6:00 PM, in Tokyo - 12:00 AM 21st of May.

I am just surprised there isn't a pre-download when the game launches it's servers are going to be slammed for just downloading it.

it'll be fine, Steam has massive amounts of bandwidth available. i literally haven't had an issue maxing out my ISP's download speed for a solid like 15 years, even on the most anticipated launches for 100+ GB games that have no preload. take a breath. relax.

me too i want to play it now. i don't understand why they decided to give streamers early access. why not just all of us play at the same time? like im not going to watch a streamer play it when i already know im going to play it on release because i don't want it spoiled. kinda doesn't make any sense.
