If someone has the normal edition can they play on the extra map for the rebuild edition if they load the game up or does all player have to have the rebuild edition to play the extra maps. Also the extra truck as well does the standard edition play can they access these truck in game if the host as the rebuild edition?

I think if the host has the Rebuild edition then you can play on the extra maps with them.

Rebuild edition will not get 2 maps at launch. It will be added later as DLC. Rebuild edition will get that for free, regular would have to buy it. I'm not sure about necessity or lack there of to have DLC to play with friend who has it on new map.
