yep, 11gb update
hopefully some good bug fixes
nothing on their website, just loaded in and noticed switching to chrome doesnt seem to break it anymore
It seems that the update contains only changes to 4K textures.

So 4k textures to make the game that crashes constantly for a lot of people? Surely they put some kind of bug fix in place. I'm trying really hard to enjoy playing but it's hard with the never-ending constant crashing. And I am sending in the bug reports when the window pops up. I can't wait until they get things flushed out because I wanna try playing online with people or even host my own session.

4K textures DLC update makes sense. I don't have that installed, and didn't get an update.

nothing to do with luck, it's just knowing how to maintain your system properly. I didn't have one stutter happening in this game let alone crash.
ppls on steam that cry are ones who never update mbo bios prob since they bought it, never run system scans , don't bother with driver or system updates or trying to run modern games on 10yrs old buckets that are well overdue for trash. Then things don't work they cry game fault bla bla bla. or just plebs with amd cards , these seem to cry the most cuz they "don't" want to buy clearly superior Nvidia cards.

I've 4k texture as well, nicely updated!
ive had no issues at all on my setup either. I love when people complain the game cant run on their celeron D and gtx 660 with 4gb of system ram

yea because it's not possible that this is the only game some players are having issues with and not any of the other games on their system?
Also, i'm using the 4k pack too.

Not a single crash in 60 hours. 4K all maxed out, 4090, 5950X 32 Gigs
They did a great job on this game.

I mean it very well could be an issue with my save i suppose but i'm not blaming the entire issue on the game, i'm sure it's a combo of the game, the setup and or save, something is clearly bugging out.

True, it was an amazing launch. Multiplayer worked without any issue for us. Game is running smooth without a single issue from day one. This is how game releases should be, I think they did a very good job with this one. Sure, some players report issues, and I get it's frustrating for some. But this launch... Other devs should take notice.
