G29 Steering Wheel Not Inputing

My G29 steering wheel refuses to manipulate the game in any way or the game wont recognize the inputs.
The buttons have no effect and neither do the pedals or wheel

Ive tried all the recommendation to do with controller setting and have an xbox controller that works fine with the game and have unplugged it for trouble shooting.

I tested it on other games and they work fine the only exception to that was snowrunner which has the same issue. After finding that out I tried the old recommendations from snowrunner reports and the issue persists

Ive checked my drivers and have reinstalled GHUB all to no avail

Im not sure how to continue and Id love some help

You need to select it in both the input type and the force feedback type
