Lost Savegame - Snowrunner Bug is back?

So after round about 60h the game lost my savegame. This bug we had years back in snowrunner.

so what now? start new and wait for next lost? Developer please fix your ♥♥♥♥

Did you do anything to cause it? I would like to get more information so I won't have the same problem.

it usually happens when you crash but it also happened to some people by simply exiting the game normally. if you search "save" on these discussion forums you can find lots of topics about it.
