When can i unlock a heavy transport? for hauling 2 tractors around

I saw a picture of a truck that had a cargo bed that could carry asphalt paver and roller on the trailer. The one i see in the shop is to short for both.

you can carry the Steam Roller,Paver and the front loader.

Be warned the trailer has a really bad habit of getting high centered, maybe the non-rusty version has more balls to tug it free but the rusty one will get stuck because of it.

also it is currently very glitchy carrying cargo. I have had a load of 7 pipes 'kerbal kraken' into orbit because of it. don't strap things down to it currently

Yeah only use it for machines, not cargo.
Just buy the semi for cargo.

You can only strap "Cargo" which is pretty might anything that isn't a vehicle
Set the parking brake and hope for the best.
or place like some of the small metal barrels or concrete on top of the vehicles.
it will strap the cargo down that is on top the vehicles...
