Cannot recover resources from base?

I'm playing on Sunken and stored some steel pipes to fix the quarries, and for some reason I cannot get the prompt to popup to get the resources out of the River Base.

Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?

If anyone has the same problem, quitting to hub and going back into the map solved it.

I had this once when I was trying to recover resources using a crane that had the boom folded out. Once I folded the crane boom back in the prompt returned.

But that is a very specific situation. I'm still not 100% sure if the crane boom was the actual cause since it usually requires some fidgeting to get it to show up regardless

Periodically I have issue that a context menu is not activated for construction depot, storage etc. Usually it helps to spawn a vehicle in a garage and it would have a menu to activate garage. Then switch back to original vehicle and menu should work there. But sometimes even that does not work then I have to restart the map. Buggy.

quit the game and reload. These interaction things frequently stops working, even filing sand.
