How to get rid of the large tool tips?

Is there a way to get rid of the massive info boxes, like "to construct a drivable stretch of road from sand, put the grader in sand flattening mode"? I get it, you don't need to been on my screen for the past 10min, how do I get rid of this massive box?

Still not seen any key press shown to get rid of the GIGANTIC popups. Even quitting game and restarting got rid of one of them
Its bad enough getting the stupid tool-tip EVERY TIME you get into any vehicle.

There are options in the menus for turning off 2 different kinds of tips. One is definitely specifically for vehicles.
