To switch it to play in dx11, you right click on Roadcraft in library click on properties at the bottom it should have a box type in -dx11 then close the box

did you see a box at the bottom inside properties. if so you type in -dx11. it forces the game to use DX11

also i use borderless window in settings not full screen

Alot of Players have issues with the game, and alot more after the 1.5 update.
Maybe Devs should release a fix asap.

Disable any overlay, and not Alt Tab to often, have helped some.

[Riglok]

Lowering texture resolution to medium or low has helped a lot of people.

This could help, from beginning I had steam overlay and steam input disabled and I hand no issues at all. Other option I set: vsync on, frame limit 60, full screen, graphics settings high (with 3060ti).
