It's not Snowrunner 2 and gameplay loop is different.
Just push stuck truck with Dozer, or pour sand under it.
Mud spots you should fill with sand first.
Mule is not the best for concrete slabs transport, they are heavy, 2 are no problem but with 3 it could sunk in mud.
Voron is better for that, or use some heavy lifting.

1st off the is no anchor system to make the winch that useful to begin with... if the is nothing latch on to your stuck anyway...
The idea is to use dump truck to make sand roads... maybe pave them to prevent tire slip.
Holding R to recover vehicle, worst case you have to build a sand bridge to get your material back.
