Best way to get rubble out of the road?

What is the best/easiest way to remove stuff from the middle of the road? I mean things like shopping carts, rocks and so on? Atm I'm just using the dozer but I hate the fact that it digs up the road.

Ram, crane, winch,... You can also buy those other dozers that cannot flatten sand, they work fine for cleaning paths.

I haven't progressed that far into the game but will keep those in mind for when I do. Thank you.
