BUG - dropped item

Had a bug where I tipped over (got a little reckless trying to jump a downed tree) and had to recover and drop the item in the bed. When I went back to pickup the item (pipe section) I could not get the winch point with the crane to pick it up no matter how many times I cycled through the nere by objects. I had to log out and back in to be able to pick up the section of pipe i needed.

Same thing happened to me. The truck acted like the slabs were still in the bed, sending the truck to the garage didn't fix it. Had quit and reload like you.
