Missing drop off zone for Steel Pipes?

I'm not 100% sure but either it's a bug or I am just missing something. I am trying to drop off 10 Steel Pipes to the Production Facilities on the Sunken map but there is no drop off zone. I finished the first part of the mission in creating the route there and got the check mark saying it's finished but in order to finish the mission and move on to the last 3, I need to drop off the Pipes. Anyone else have this issue or any advice? Thanks.

Store the pipes at your base, then go to the objectives screen and click complete/transfer materials, it takes the 10 pipes you have in your warehouse.
