Kelly's comments are getting on my nerves, I turned her off.....

In the beginning she was helpful with her commentary limited to how to play the game or complete objectives.

Her snide comments, constant sarcasm, patronizing, and opinions, are so annoying i just turned her volume off.

She is at least diegetic since half of the objectives she claims to be her idea and I can believe that only someone as idiotic as her would think sending a camper van with no AWD up to a castle on a mountain was a smart move.

Nah, she can read and is pretty sassy. If she were real, she would just demasculinize the commenters, and that is why they don't like her. A sassy woman in charge of them really grates on their nerves. I don't mind her at all lol

Also, half of you can't tell sarcasm, and it shows a sigh. Like, I get it, this is a tism-heavy game. I love it because my tism, but come on, she says PLAYFULL and sarcastic things all the time, and some you are like "did she really just say that!" She was kinda cool on Sunken, but on Incommunicado she got annoying, and i am now on Sandswept and its not getting better.
I guess they ran out of useful things she could say, so they try to have her be funny down the road.

Agreed, also she gets a bit nicer later in game.

I'm not sure what people complain a bout, this kind of humour is pretty common in entertainment. To name a few games: Portal 1 and 2, Helldivers 2, Scavenge Planet and so on. If it bothers someone, you can lower dialogue voice to zero volume in game settings.


And if you are such a snowflake, beware of Steam forums. 😁🤣

shes rather hit or miss, on some maps she is quite alright, on others rather cringe. At least from the 5 maps i 100%ed so far.
