Hey there,

We are sorry that you are experiencing stability issues.

Try the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Please update Windows to the latest version, if available
2. Update your GPU driver
3. Change the files of the game to ''Disc C''
4. Disable Third Party Software. Third-Party software such as RivaTuner can prevent the game from launching properly
5. Please also check for other third-party apps that can cause issues
6. Verify that the game is launching on the correct GPU
7. Check that the application is authorized through the Windows firewall.

If you have any more questions, do let us know.

What cpu? Who made mobo?

Only reason I ask is around the time when those video cards mentioned were hot they were selling them in desktops that were making a habit of overclocking the cpu beyond what intel recommends. If you are using an intel board I would suggest dropping clocks back to intel recommended specs so loading doesn't bottleneck crash. If that is indeed what you are seeing and you clock it normally you should actually get FASTER loading and more stability. PC builders just pumped those clocks up to try to make them seem better and they completely ignored the manufacturers recommendations. It was a HUGE problem.

Here it's described in depth. https://youtu.be/B3EW5lRIZYc
I buy this computer in a shop, already mounted i use Intel i9 14900K

Since the troubleshooting did not work to fix the issue, make sure once more you followed all the steps.

If you are sure and the issue continues to happen, please raise a ticket for our player support and provide crash dump and a DxDiag file with details about your system.
Ok i send an mail to support with Dxdiag

You have one of the mobos mentioned in the video. Ten bucks says this is the problem. Multiple people with same problems with same mentioned boards. It's not a gpu problem, it's a cpu clock speed problem. Loading of shaders bottlenecks and cpu is avoiding damage by shutting down program. Your PC was built by someone who overclocked the cpu to well past what intel chip can handle stock continuous. Just look into it. If this is the case devs can't do anything to fix you. Change BIOS like the video says.
i try like the video say but my bios have already the last version, what can i do more ?
it's correct for the assistance, i just have to send a mail right cause there is no mail in retour to say we receive your mail
I try again but nothing work :(, i hope a solution will be found cause i really to play that game
