Sand Quarry bug

I can't refill my dump truck, even if I'm parked in the center of the quarry

Leaving the quarry area then reentering, and recovering the vehicle did not work, but returning to the hub and loading back into the map fixed it.

Having the same problem ! But reloading didn fix it for me -.-

Most likely you have a bit of sand left in the dumper.
A few last bits are practically invisible. Opening the dumper all the way to let it fall out usually fixes the problem.

You don't have to fully empty it to refill it, its more likely the tipper is slightly open/not level but the game sometimes reports it as not in range of quarry for some reason. I think this happen to me a few times?

As a workaround for the time being I found that retaining the truck then pulling it back out seems to respawn it with a full bed of sand and resolve the issue

I am having the same issue even after this morning's patch (it actually seems worse). Re-spawning my truck didn't even resolve it this last time.
