Is there console command Support? one of the pipes you need to complete the mission despawned when i flipped my truck and i cant finish the mission without it

Which mission. You can usually create new pipes from recycling plants

Commission the Steele pipes facility objective in through the static, its the mission where you get the pipe factory running using the three pipes they give you

Is that like the first or second mission in Sunken?

There's probably a way to continue, finding a new pipe around the junkyard or trading at the trading post, you can just buy materials there, it's at the docks just north west of the pipe factory if you're on the sunken map

If all else fails you can always reset the region from the hub, if it really is like the first or second mission

Ah okay I see. I guess you could check if there's a construction depot around.

I got into the same situation. But it was happily resolved. The steel pipes remain in the place where the flipped truck was evacuated from. The pipes are just lying on the ground.
