Is there a workaround to make the game load?
Has anyone found a successful workaround to get the game to load? I have Win 11, i9, 32 ram, 4070 ti super, driver 576.28, have a 49" odyssey, i've disable firewalls and anti viruses, ive set the start up to -dx11 and 12, ive run it as admin. Sometimes the loading screen is there for 5 seconds, sometimes its there till 30 minutes and i have to restart, and sometimes i get a blue screen. I just wanna play the dang game?

Sounds like something got corrupted when compiling shaders for the fist time maybe?

For other games this can sometimes be solved by emptying out your gpu shader cache and have it compile fresh ones from scratch.

I can't provide exact steps on how to do this as I'm no expert, but something worth looking into if you're really running into a wall.

i'm no expert either, but I sincerely appreciate the advice, i can google it! Thank you!
Asus motherboard? Disabling the Asus Aura Lighting service solved the problem for me. It got better after upgrading bios, but still froze, when i disabled this service everything is starting and running smoothly.

i read that on another discussion, but sadly no mins is a MSI, not sure if that covers the motherboard too, but i know its not an asus, originally i heard it was something to do with the nvida driver update,

doing this fixed it?
Try to undervolt your CPU because default motherboard power/voltage targets are too loose. More recent BIOS versions may use more conservative settings recommended by Intel.
Check CPU stability with AIDA64. Make sure it runs stable within thermal limits at full load for at least 15-20 min.

I think all these crashing issues when the game compiles the shaders is likely related to unstable CPUs that are pushed beyond their limit

it fixed it for me, my last version was in 2024, did it today after my nephew talked me into it, downloaded the latest onto a flash drive drive, just placed the whole folder onto the drive, removed the flash drive from the computer, restarted in bios, selected M Flash from the bios page, once it restarted in flash mode, i reinserted the drive, refreshed the file list, selected the file and it updated it, Now it works
