Audio crackling bug

anyone else had this issue or know of a workaround, I have a high sensitivity to audio crackling and it causes massive headaches so I unfortunately can't even play the game as it is right now.

Main menu music is fine, once it loads in to the map it starts crackling and then gets worse and worse the longer the game is on.

AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT
Nvidia 4080
32gb ddr4
Win 11

I thought at first it might of been my new steering wheel set up, but I tried several other games (Snowrunner as well) and it appears to be just this game. I have updated drivers, closed all other applications outside of necessities in order to test if something was interacting with it, it seems like nothing has helped, i've swapped my audio channels and changed from 24bit to 16bit and 44/48khz, Kinda at a loss. Open to any suggestions or atleast letting a dev team member know about it.

Bluetooth/Wireless headsets seem to have that problem idk why i cant find any thing that will fix but i keep my audio on 7.1 ingame settings might reduce it some or not but it wont go away

hmmm mine is a sennheiser(sp?) but its not BT its wired audio, thanks for the reply, I tried swapping all the different audio devices and modes both in game and just on the PC in general.

Hi, I get the crackling issue only when my Xbox 360 controller hub/dongle is attached. Weird, this game seems buggy. I would not get it to recognize my Switch Pro controller at all even though Snowrunner supports it.

Interesting, I have contacted Focus twice now about the issue and have had no luck, I tried to remove all USB devices and see if i could get it to work in just a 'safe mode' with everything default, and still no change. kinda sucks, I know the game just dropped but I wish their support team would atleast acknowledge that I sent a ticket. I dont wanna uninstall but im not sure i have much choice :(
